気付いたら世の中には写真が溢れかえっている
しかし１枚の写真を見ている時間は、1秒にも満たないかもしれない
さらに、生成AIの登場により、人間がイメージする画像や動画をある条件のもとで精緻に生成することが可能となってきた
写真そのものの価値とはどこに向かうのだろうか？
多種多様な感性を深掘り、表現することこそが価値を生むのではないか？
ポートレート写真は、人間が多様であるが故に永遠の問いを作れるのではないか？
写真表現の究極的な価値とは、見る人が写真からどのような「問い」を引き出せるかではないかと考えている
豊かな「問い」を生む写真が撮れることを目指して、日々研鑽中である

I’ve used cameras from film cameras to digital SLRs to mirrorless cameras.
Photography has developed as a new medium to replace painting, and now anyone can take pictures with a smartphone
The world is full of photos before we know it.
However, the time spent looking at a single photo may be less than one second.
Furthermore, with the advent of generative AI, it has become possible to precisely generate images and videos that humans can imagine under certain conditions.
Where is the value of the photograph itself headed?
Isn’t the value to be found in the deep exploration and expression of a wide variety of sensibilities?
Isn’t it possible to create eternal questions in portrait photography because of the diversity of human beings?
I believe that the ultimate value of photographic expression is what kind of “questions” can be drawn out of a photograph by the viewer.
I am constantly working to take photographs that generate rich “questions”.
